About Me
I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2003 and provide psychotherapy to individuals and groups. I have worked with a variety of issues including grief and bereavement, chronic illness and pain, caregiver issues, divorce, depression, anxiety, couples counseling, stress reduction, self-esteem building, phobias, and trauma. My approach is multi-modal, often incorporating cognitive behavior therapy, client centered therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, family systems theory, and dialectical behavior therapy. I work Monday through Friday, by appointment. I currently accept clients with Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield (except FloridaBlue), Humana Tricare, some EAPs, and private pay clients. I am also a certified SoulCollage® facilitator.
